Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control. In the event of any claim for lost or delayed items, you agree not to file a claim until at least 21 days have passed for UK deliveries, and at least 28 days for worldwide deliveries. Excessive Paypal claims will result in your membership being closed without notice. All orders are processed as fast as humanly possible and dispatched via 1st class Royalmail. Delivery to UK addresses is generally within 7 days, Royalmail do not consider an item lost for at least 15 working days. (UK) Registration of your email address and name is acceptance of receiving marketing emails from our group of websites featured on www.uk-dropship-directory.co.uk The products sold on the site are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Your membership fee/subscription allows you to order any software/item via Paypal. This service may only be used to supply goods to your end-user and may not therefore be used as a 3rd party dropshipping service. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them You agree that e-mail is to be used as the means of communication. We endevour to respond to all emails within 24 hours Member support is only available to members with an active subscription. You understand that from time to time a product may become discontinued and thus withdrawn from sale. You understand that from time to time a product may be temperary out-of-stock, and will be dispatched as soon as humanly possible. You understand that payments made to us direct from your customer by mistake - will not be rectified, the goods will be sent direct to your customer as normal. Listing of any item on ebay.co.uk  or any other auction site is done so entirely at your own responability.  You may terminate your membership at anytime through www.paypal.com. Monthly/Yearly Memberships are cancelled immediately, so it's in your best interest to cancel your subscription near the end of its term. All Prices are subject to change without notice These Terms & Conditions may be ammended at anytime without notice. High value items may have a return-address lable on the reverse. Your subscription payment is for the sole purpose of having items dispatced without an invoice to an alternative address than your own. We can terminate any members account access without warning and without compensation, if said member is found abusing his/her membership and/or does not abide to these terms and conditions. You agree that us processing your orders takes priority over everything else, including replies to unnecessary emails. We reserve the right to discontinue any "livehelp" services. Any supplied database files are only compatible with ebay.co.uk The sales information, images and page layouts, graphic files are for the sole use of sounds-amazing dropship members, and may not be sold and/or reproduced by 3rd parties. Any supplied CSV file is copyright and may not be resold or distributed, free or for profit in any form. The purchase and hosting of a 'Webshop' will only remain active whilst your subscription continues to be paid. Webshops will have a small link to the websites hosting company and associates, and this should remain in place at all times.
